|
Welcome to the online home of Creative Endeavours. Malka Greene is a developer, writer and project manager with more than seven years of experience balanced between the arts, not-for-profit and corporate sectors. She holds a BFA in New Media from Ryerson University and a diploma in Photography from Sheridan College and maintains an active independent curatorial practice, as well pursuing projects in photography, writing, and drawing. This diverse background provides the fuel Malka uses to help people fulfill their creative and business project goals.
Malka is committed to philanthropic projects that further dialogue in the arts or positively impact health care. In 2004 she created Caring Spaces, a project designed to positively affect health care environments and by proxy, a patient’s psychological state. Building relationships with local artists and the Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation, and to the delight of staff and patients, she secured the donation and permanent installation of valuable original artworks. She is also actively involved with Behind Closed Doors, a wonderful annual fundraiser held in support of the Marvelle Koffler Breast Centre at Mount Sinai Hospital.
